Van waar DJ Ossewa? DJ Ossewa het sy ontstaan gehad op die plaas Ossewasrus sowat 5 jaar gelede. Die DJ staan eintlik vir Daniel Jakobus, wat die musikaalste van die klompie afrikaners is. Die Ossewa spreek vanself, aangesien die groepie manne almal baie kultuur- vas is en dan nog op die plaas ook grootgeword het. Van waar DJ Ossewa? The Festival Committee is very upbeat about this year's Festival and expects the biggest and best Festival yet.
Visitors to the Festival can look forward to more than 400 exhibitors from across South Africa. The Festival office is still receiving enquiries daily from exhibitors interested in exhibiting their products. However, space is limited and exhibitors who have not yet reserved space.

There is a lot of excitement about this new artist, who will be performing at the East London Agricultural Show, on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 1 - 3 May. This will follow 20 performances which he has booked for the KKNK in Oudtshoorn, where he will be introducing his album. The Vodacom Winter Festival to be held in Newcastle from Wednesday, 25 April to Saturday, 28 April 2007 will have something for everyone and promises to be the BIGGEST and the BEST in years.
The Car Track Creative Paradise exhibit in the Chubb Hall will offer beautiful flower arrangements, art and needlework, and daily activities will be held in the Exco Hall. For visitors there will be a wide variety of sessions, from beadwork, art, flower arranging, needlework and scrapbooking to cooking by the well-known Herman Classen.

Some puritans would say: “You’re not supposed to grin from ear to ear and tap your foot to the music!” Nelson Mandela allegedly plays their CD in his office all the time.
